More audits delivered.Fewer subcontracted days.No planning bottleneck.
ScheduleAI plans the whole programme against every competence, rotation and window rule, fills internal auditors first and re-plans when things change. Your planners approve, and you get a plan that holds and numbers you can report.Internal auditors first. Planners approve.
✓Every exception comes with its reason
You see utilisation and subcontracted days when the month closes, too late to move the work.
ScheduleAI plans the whole programme with internal auditors first, flags what it cannot place, and re-plans when things change.
At a European certification body, the internal share of work rose from 59% to 73%, so fewer days were bought from subcontractors.
The plan is the business. It lives in one person's head.
Utilisation you can't see
Spare internal days in one region while another subcontracts. By the time the month closes, it is too late to move the work.
Planning doesn't scale
Allocation takes planners days every month, so growth means hiring planners before auditors.
Findings waiting to happen
A competence or rotation slip in a spreadsheet surfaces at the accreditation visit, not before.
From utilisation to money.
Move your own figures. Every percentage point of work brought in-house is a subcontracted day you no longer buy.

What operations leaders say.
“Checkfirst is a game-changer for us.”

Decide the rules once. The plan follows them every month.
The levers operations directors set, and the engine applies to every allocation.
Internal first, by rule
Subcontractors are offered work only when no internal auditor passes every rule.
Caps on subcontracted hours
Set a cap per subcontractor and the engine plans within it.
Utilisation from real calendars
Capacity reports reflect auditors' Outlook calendar time, not a spreadsheet estimate.
A sick day doesn't become a lost week.
An auditor is ill
Affected audits get ranked alternatives on qualification, priority and deadline, for a planner to approve.
Urgent work arrives
It is slotted in with as little disruption as possible, and the trade-offs are shown.

Questions operations directors ask
Will our planners accept it?
Planners stay in control: the engine proposes, and they approve, adjust or override. It takes the searching and the client chasing off their desk. At a global inspection marketplace, planners saved 4–6 hours a week.
What do you need from us for the demo?
An extract of auditors, competences and one or two months of audits, from your certification platform or planning spreadsheet. No integration is needed at this stage.
Our data isn't clean. Is that a problem?
Most data isn't. The custom demo shows where competence dates, windows or duplicates need attention, and the engine flags gaps instead of guessing.
How is ScheduleAI priced?
An annual licence priced per scheduled day, plus an annual platform fee. A scheduled day is one calendar day on which an auditor has at least one confirmed appointment, however many appointments fall on it. Rescheduling and re-optimisation are unlimited.
Does it replace our ERP?
No. Your ERP or certification platform keeps the programme and the record. ScheduleAI connects through a REST API and webhooks, with a pre-built Intact integration, and writes the result back.
